The project involves tapping into an existing Madison County Utilities 8-in water main, constructing a new 8-in water main along the northern right of way of Fort Boonesborough Road, and connecting it to the existing park 8-in water main. The project requires jack and boring to cross the road and avoid open cutting the roadway.
