Service Water Improvements and Flow Meter Modifications

This upcoming project will upgrade the service water system at the Franklin Water Treatment Plant, replacing pumps, piping, valves, and backflow devices, and will install new flow meters at Franklin while replacing existing meters at the Lee S. Dukes Water Treatment Plant. The work focuses on improving water system reliability and measurement accuracy for municipal water delivery. • Replace aging pumps, piping, valves, and backflow devices in the service water loop. • Install new flow meters at the Franklin plant and replace meters on filter effluent lines at the Lee S. Dukes plant. • Enhance overall system efficiency and measurement precision for better operational control.
