Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a new UTV (Utility Task Vehicle) for the R13 Law Enforcement Subregion 8 FLEET. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, and the award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government. The UTV should meet or exceed all salient characteristics specified in the solicitation, and the offeror must provide sufficient descriptive literature or documentation to demonstrate how the proposed product meets or exceeds the required salient characteristics.
Some key points to consider:
• The UTV should be available for delivery within 60 days of award
• The offeror must submit a firm-firm fixed price quote valid for no less than 90 days
• The offeror must have an active entity registration in the System for Award Management
• The contract will include a trade-in pickup of the old UTV at a specified location
