Space Warfighter Training, Modeling, and Simulation Support

The United States Space Force is seeking industry input via a Sources‑Sought notice for comprehensive, non‑personal mission support services to the 392d Combat Training Squadron. The effort will support large‑scale space‐focused training exercises, Distributed Mission Operations Center‑Space (DMOC‑S) sustainment, IT and cybersecurity, and advisory services over an anticipated five‑year IDIQ period. The government is looking for firms with experience in space modeling & simulation, high‑clearance personnel, and the ability to deliver 24/7 surge capacity for complex joint LVC exercises. • Provide planning, integration, execution, and after‑action reporting for exercises such as SPACE FLAG, FLASHPOINT, POLARIS HAMMER, and SPACE SKIES. • Operate and sustain the DMOC‑S M&S enclave, including satellite communications, missile warning, SIGINT, and cyber‑security services. • Deliver IT, network engineering, and cybersecurity support across multiple security domains (TS/SCI/SAP) at Schriever SFB and other dispersed locations. • Maintain a workforce capable of 15,000‑hour annual surge support, with rapid staffing turnover management and strict clearance requirements. • Submit detailed monthly reports, cost performance data, and a suite of deliverables (A001‑A014) with tight turn‑around times.
