Description
The State of Delaware OMB is seeking bids for the complete renovation of the Northeast State Service Center in Wilmington. The scope includes roughly 3,000 sq ft of interior renovation, reconstruction of an existing vestibule, addition of an exterior stair, and all associated mechanical, electrical, and fire‑protection work. Bids must be submitted electronically, include a 10 % bid security, and the successful contractor will be required to post performance and payment bonds equal to 100 % of the contract price. The project is expected to last about six months and includes a $30,000 allowance for unforeseen conditions.
