The Town of Colmar Manor is soliciting qualified contractors to perform comprehensive asphalt milling and overlay on approximately 13,000 square yards of municipal streets. The work includes milling existing pavement to a 2‑inch depth, cleaning, tack coating, installing a 2‑inch hot‑mix surface (TYPE 9.5 MM 64‑22), reinstalling any removed speed bumps, and completing final striping. All work must be finished by October 30 2026, with liquidated damages of $500 per day for late completion.
