FMS REPAIR OF DISPLAY UNIY DUAL

The Naval Supply Systems Command is seeking a contractor to repair a DISPLAY UNIY, DUAL. The contractor must provide a firm-fixed price or NTE pricing for the repair. The contract will be for a period of time to be determined, and the place of performance will be at the contractor's facility. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and labor standards. The Government reserves the right to inspect the contractor's facilities and records to ensure compliance with the contract terms. • The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for the repaired item. • The contractor must comply with the Buy American-Free Trade Agreements-Balance of Payments Program. • The contractor must provide a Material Safety Data Sheet for any hazardous materials used in the repair. • The contractor must maintain the total equipment baseline configuration of the parts on this contract. • The contractor must submit any engineering change proposals to the cognizant NAVAIR Program Office for approval.
