Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a professional services contractor to provide design services for the Green Oaks Training Center Facility Equipment Storage Building in Whitmore Lake, Michigan. The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement, which includes schematic design, preliminary design, final design, construction administration - office services, and construction administration - field services. The contractor must have demonstrated experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects in full accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• The proposal must include a technical proposal and a cost proposal.
• The contractor must have a license to practice in the State of Michigan.
• The contractor will be evaluated based on their technical proposal (80%) and cost proposal (20%).
• The contract award is expected to be made within thirty (30) days following the due date of the proposal.
