Description
This solicitation invites sealed bids for a city‑wide “Requirements” contract to address tree‑damaged sidewalk and related public‑improvement work across all Cleveland wards. The contract will be exercised on an as‑needed basis via task orders over a two‑year period and includes concrete sidewalk replacement, curb and ADA ramp work, traffic‑control services, tree removal/pruning, and associated landscaping and utility coordination.
