Salt Storage Facility Improvements at Boone County Road & Bridge Facility on Tom Bass Road

The Boone County Road & Bridge Facility is seeking bids for the Salt Storage Facility Improvements project. The project involves various repairs, maintenance items, and miscellaneous alterations to the existing Salt Storage Facility, including structural repairs, architectural repairs, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs. The scope of work includes targeted structural steel column repairs, steel wall girt and channel repairs and replacements, cleaning and repainting of the existing steel structure, gutter and downspout replacement, metal roof panel and metal wall panel replacement, and other work related to same. • The project requires replacement of existing lighting fixtures and electrical modifications. • The project involves repairs to existing concrete walls, replacement of existing doors and hardware, and other work related to same. • Bidders must include all required attachments with their bid response, including bid form, certification regarding debarment, work authorization certification, statement of bidder's qualifications, anti-collusion statement, signature and identity of bidder, and bidder's acknowledgment.
