Glaspell Street Rehabilitation Project (Rolff Street to Birchwood Court)

The City of Davenport is accepting bids for the Glaspell Street Rehabilitation Project, which involves resurfacing the existing asphalt pavement, resetting utility surface features, reconstructing sidewalks, and other improvements.
