Description
The Missoula County Facilities Department is soliciting bids to relocate and replace two existing mobile restroom/shower units with two pre‑manufactured restroom buildings on permanent foundations at the TSOS site (1975 West Broadway, Missoula, MT). The contractor must demolish the existing units, provide temporary portable facilities, construct concrete footings and a 4‑inch slab, install new utility connections (water, sewer, electrical, gas), place and finish the prefabricated units, and perform all associated interior‑fit‑out work, including plumbing fixtures, HVAC, electrical, and finish work.
