Description
The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) is seeking bids for the provision of Aggregate No. 57 material to the Perquimans County Maintenance location on an as-needed basis. The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option to extend. The successful vendor will be required to deliver the material to the specified location within 20 consecutive calendar days of receipt of order. The vendor must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Mining Act of 1971.
