Paver Laid Full Depth Reclamation

The County of Henrico is seeking a contractor to provide an annual, on‑call service for full‑depth reclamation (FDR) using paver‑laid equipment. The work includes milling existing pavement, mixing reclaimed asphalt with stabilizing agents, and placing surface mixes (SM‑9.5A or SM‑12.5A) across multiple roadway projects throughout the year. The contract is an indefinite‑duration, annual agreement with a warranty requirement (VDOT one‑year plus an optional 12‑month extended warranty) and strict quality‑control plan and job‑mix‑formula submissions. • Perform milling, RAP mixing, and paver‑laid surface placement for county roadways. • Submit a Quality‑Control Plan and Job Mix Formula at least 14 calendar days before each work order starts. • Acknowledge each work‑order within 48 hours and adhere to County‑provided disposal/stockpile locations. • Pricing based on unit‑price schedule (square yards, tons of asphalt, cement, lime, etc.) with an extended‑warranty cost cap of 20 % of final project cost.
