Description
The Caddo Parish School Board is seeking a qualified newspaper to serve as its official journal for a one‑year period. The vendor will publish board minutes, resolutions, budget notices, and any other official proceedings in accordance with Louisiana statutes. Required deliverables include full‑page pricing for legal notices, per‑line pricing, current circulation numbers, and publishing schedule within the parish. The contract runs from July 1 2026 through June 30 2027, and the selected vendor must provide firm pricing for the entire term.
• Publish all official school board notices (minutes, resolutions, budget notices, etc.)
• Provide detailed pricing (full‑page and per‑line) and maintain a documented circulation reach within Caddo Parish
• Comply with Louisiana Revised Statutes § 43:140 et seq. governing official journals
• Submit a sealed quote by the deadline; certify no debarment status
