Description
The Town of Bethel is seeking qualified, pre‑qualified contractors to construct a new concrete sidewalk along Pleasant Street (VT Route 12) between Sand Hill Road and the White River Valley Middle School. The scope includes sidewalk installation, a retaining wall, granite curb, drainage improvements, signage, pavement installation, and markings, all to be performed under Vermont Agency of Transportation 2024 specifications.
