The State of California is seeking a single vendor to supply nine new refrigerated semi‑trailer vans (1 × 28‑ft, 6 × 32‑ft, 2 × 46‑ft) for the California Department of Education. The trailers must meet detailed technical specifications (dimensions, payload, refrigeration performance, lift‑gate, safety features, etc.), be delivered F.O.B. Destination, and include all required documentation (manuals, warranties, weight certificates, DMV plates, etc.). Delivery must occur within 180 calendar days of purchase‑order issuance, with pre‑delivery coordination and on‑site inspection by the State. The contract will be awarded to the lowest‑priced responsive bidder, with statutory preferences for small‑business, DVBE, and environmental content.
