Description
The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for a HeatSeal Thermal Laminator and compatible film rolls. The successful bidder will be required to supply the exact item as specified or an equivalent product. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsible, responsive bidder. The term of the contract shall commence on the effective date and shall terminate automatically 365 days thereafter.
• The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
• The total amount of the bid shall be less than $43,000.
• All products must be delivered at the prices quoted, FOB Destination Point.
• The successful bidder will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The City is exempt from the payment of any federal excise or transportation taxes and any Pennsylvania Sales and Use Tax.
