Re-Surface Outdoor Pool and Activity Pool at Jim Barnett Park

The City of Winchester is seeking a qualified contractor to resurface the outdoor and activity pool at Jim Barnett Park. The project includes blasting or mechanical stripping of the existing surface, applying a whitecoat, and re-plastering the pool shell. The contractor will also be responsible for installing transition tile lines, racing lane tiles, water line tiles, and coping stones. The city will empty and refill the pool, and the contractor must complete the project by April 17th, 2026.
