Description
The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) requires perimeter fence repair services. The contractor will be responsible for all materials, tools, labor, equipment, and removal of demolished/excess material. The contractor must follow all applicable code requirements and provide temporary fencing as needed. The contract has a base year and four option years, with a firm-fixed price award. The contractor must have a bona fide place of business within 120 miles of DSCR and provide submittals for government review and approval.
• The contractor must provide fence repair for the perimeter fence line around DSCR
• The structural integrity of the fence must be maintained as is at the minimum
• The contractor is responsible for providing temporary fencing as needed for any breach of the perimeter fence line
• All replacements/repairs must match existing perimeter fencing
• The contractor must buy all material to repair 750 linear feet of perimeter fence
