Description
The US Air Force is seeking sources to provide Stage 1 Vapor Balance System (VBS) testing for six existing Underground Storage Tanks at Scott Air Force Base. The testing must be performed in accordance with IL EPA Federally Enforceable State Operating Permit and 40 CFR 63 11120.a. The tanks include four 12,000 gallon double-walled fiberglass tanks and two 10,000 gallon double-walled steel tanks with fiberglass secondary containment.
• The contractor must have the capability to perform VBS testing.
• The contractor must provide a cost estimate for the services.
• The contractor must have certification or expert knowledge qualifications for VBS testing.
• The contractor must have past performance experience with similar projects.
