STX)-2026-014 Addendum 1 (Security Services at Marine and Aviation Facilities in St. Croix, USVI

The Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA) is seeking a qualified firm to provide armed and/or unarmed security services at marine and aviation facilities on the island of St. Croix. The successful firm will be expected to meet stringent professional and safety standards as mandated by U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Coast Guard, and VIPA's Police Department. Key responsibilities will include providing superior customer service in a safe, attractive, and proficient manner. • The successful firm will be expected to employ management and operational personnel with professional experience and expertise in the provision of this service. • The firm will be responsible for providing all labor and equipment for the services. • The firm will be expected to adhere to VIPA's Procurement Policies and Procedures, Section IV Competitive Bidding. • The contract will be awarded based on the firm's ability to meet the requirements and specifications outlined in the RFP.
