Description
The State of Oklahoma, Office of Management and Enterprise Services, is seeking responses from potential suppliers to provide a contract for the purchase of Asphalt Products. The contract will be for a term of 5 years, with the option to renew for an additional 5 years. The contract will be used by state agencies and affiliates to obtain Asphalt Products. The State is looking for suppliers who can provide the best value and achieve more favorable pricing than is obtainable by an individual state or local government agency.
• The contract will be for the purchase of Asphalt Products, including Division 1 - Asphalts, Division 2 - Asphalts, Division 3 - Asphalts, Division 4 - Asphalts, Division 5 - Asphalts, Division 6 - Asphalts, Division 7 - Asphalts, and Division 8 - Asphalts.
• The contract will also include the adjustment for Market Fuel Cost and Base Hauling Price.
• The State is looking for suppliers who can provide a competitive price and meet the technical requirements outlined in the RFP.
• The evaluation process will include an initial responsiveness review, a mandatory minimum requirements review, a technical criteria review, and a cost evaluation.
• The State reserves the right to negotiate with one, all, or none of the offerors responding to this solicitation to obtain the best value.
