East Woods Skate Park Expansion Project RE-BID

The City of Syracuse is seeking bids for the expansion of the East Woods Skate Park, which includes the addition of moguls, ramps, and new amenities. The project requires the contractor to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the work. The project must be substantially completed within 90 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed and fully completed two weeks after the date of substantial completion. The contractor must also comply with the City's MWBE and EEO requirements. • The project includes site preparation, earthwork, drainage, asphalt, concrete, and lawn work. • The contractor must provide a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid price. • The contractor must also provide a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the accepted bid. • The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder.
