Description
The Branch Intermediate School District is seeking bids for the BACC Foundation Project, which involves the construction of a foundation for a house. The project includes the provision of all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to complete the foundation work. The bidder is required to provide a base bid and may also provide an alternate bid for an Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) wall system or a Pre-Cast Reinforced Concrete wall system. The bidder must demonstrate previous successful experience with the proposed alternative system and provide a minimum one-year workmanship warranty.

• The School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the School District may be served.
