Masonry & Concrete Flatwork

The District is soliciting on‑call, time‑and‑material services for masonry and concrete flatwork at six K‑12 facilities. The contractor must supply labor, materials, equipment, and all related support for a variety of masonry tasks (brick, stone, CMU, precast, etc.) and concrete flatwork (curbs, sidewalks, roadways). Work is performed under a one‑year contract with two optional one‑year renewals and requires rapid emergency response, strict insurance, prevailing‑wage compliance, and a 24/7 point of contact. • Provide all labor (all‑inclusive hourly rate) and material markup for masonry (brick, stone, CMU, etc.) and concrete flatwork (curbs, sidewalks, roadways). • Coordinate with the District Facilities Director, maintain site safety (traffic control, shoring, etc.), protect existing property, and respond to emergencies within two hours. • Deliver a 1‑year warranty, assign manufacturer warranties, and comply with NY prevailing‑wage and data‑privacy regulations.
