Description
West Virginia University is seeking qualified bidders to supply all labor, materials, equipment, and services required for the concrete portion of the new West Tower addition at Milan Puskar Stadium. The scope includes full concrete placement for pile caps, grade beams, elevator pits, slab‑on‑metal‑deck, curbs, ramps, metal‑pan stairs, and related formwork, reinforcement, and curing. Work will be phased: underground concrete (Feb‑Mar 2027) followed by slab‑on‑metal‑deck (mid‑July‑mid‑Sept 2027) with additional lower‑bowl concrete in early 2028. Bidders must respond through WVU’s SciQuest portal, attend a mandatory pre‑bid virtual meeting, and may attend an optional site visit. The contract is sealed‑bid, with a submission deadline of 2 PM EST on 30 Oct 2026.
