Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona Division requires software licenses and maintenance support for the T1V ThinkHub system. The contractor shall provide the required brand name equipment, preventative maintenance, and system/equipment coverage. The contractor shall also provide helpdesk and remote support, on-site system support, and repair and replacement of classified system products. The period of performance is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
• The contractor shall provide a 3-year, 365-day-per-year support agreement for the existing products and services.
• The contractor shall perform software license updates on-site as the system is a stand-alone system.
• The contractor shall provide three T1V ThinkHub licenses to enable continued use of the existing classified system.
• The contractor shall provide Plus Maintenance for repair War Room functionality as required.
• The contractor shall ensure that all items of Government Furnished Information (GFI), Government Furnished Material (GFM), and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) are properly handled and accounted for.
