Description
The Forest Hill Nature Center is seeking a contractor to build a new nature center. The project involves the installation of acoustical ceiling panels, suspended ceiling grid, and other interior finish work. The contractor must review and verify all dimensions and notify the architect of any discrepancies. The project requires compliance with various building codes and standards, including MBC 2021 §803 and §808, and ASTM C635 and C636-96.
• The contractor must install acoustical ceiling panels, 24"x24" x 3/4" Lay-In Panel, USG, Glacier #7070, White, Shadow Line (SL) Edge Detail.
• The contractor must provide matching suspension USG DX/DXL 15-16" Intermediate duty Grid System.
• The contractor must relocate mechanical grilles, registers, and diffusers to the middle of the grid to provide proper air distribution with the new wall configuration.
• The contractor must locate light fixtures in the grid as indicated and position recessed circular light fixtures in the center of the grid or center of the room as indicated.
