Budget estimate

$100,000 – $200,000

The budget for this opportunity can be estimated based on the quantity of sleeves required and the cost of materials and manufacturing. The solicitation requires the manufacturing of 5 EA of NSN 2010-01-340-6083, 2 EA of NSN 2010-01-345-2315, 2 EA of NSN 2010-01-340-5362, and 2 EA of NSN 2010-01-345-2314. The approximate ship weight for each sleeve is 506 LB/PC, 638 LB/PC, 721 LB/PC, and an unspecified weight for the fourth item. Assuming an average weight of 650 LB/PC and an average cost of $10 per pound of copper-nickel alloy, the total cost of materials would be approximately $42,000. Adding manufacturing and labor costs, the total budget could be estimated to be in the range of $100,000 to $200,000.
