The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is seeking a pre‑qualified firm to provide demolition and removal services for various improvements, structures, and encumbrances located within right‑of‑way/easement parcels in Putnam and Greene Counties (Putnam/Greene corridor). The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder that meets all pre‑qualification and compliance requirements. Bidders must submit a completed bid form, scope of work, tax compliance form, GA Security & Immigration affidavit, and required bonds/insurance by the sealed‑until deadline. Work must be completed within 30 days of the Notice to Proceed. • Demolition of fences, sign poles, bollards, concrete pavers, railroad timbers, vehicle tire, and other structures across parcels 013‑016. • All footers must be backfilled with clean soil or approved gravel, sites graded, seeded, and erosion‑control BMPs installed per GDOT specifications. • Only firms with a current GDOT pre‑qualification for Right‑of‑Way Property Management Services (E‑3 Demolition class) may submit; non‑pre‑qualified firms are disqualified.
