The Miami University is seeking bids for the 2026 Garages Repairs project, which includes repairs to the Campus Ave. Garage and North Garage. The project involves selective demolition, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, and new drains. The contractor will be responsible for completing the work within a 9-week schedule and ensuring that all work is done in accordance with the contract documents and applicable laws and regulations. Key aspects of the project include: • Selective demolition of selected portions of the structure • Concrete repairs, including patching and replacement of damaged areas • Sealant replacements, including joint sealants and façaade/storefront silicone sealants • Installation of new drains, including floor drains and trench drains • Pavement markings, including line striping, directional arrows, and text The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and municipal laws, codes, ordinances, and regulations applicable to the work. The project requires the contractor to submit a detailed plan for the project schedule implementation, including a sequence of work, coordination with the owner, and notification of inspections. The contractor must also provide a warranty for all work performed and deliver operations and maintenance data to the owner at the final inspection.
