Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a small‑business firm to provide armored courier services for its New York Harbor Healthcare System. The contractor must supply armed, GPS‑tracked vehicles, qualified personnel, insurance/bond coverage, and perform weekly pickups and deliveries of cash, checks, and other valuables at three VA sites (Manhattan, Brooklyn, St Albans). The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, base‑year award with up to four optional years.
