Description
The Alabama Emergency Management Agency is seeking a qualified vendor to perform repair work on an ISU trailer (Tag S3195C). The scope includes rotating two curb‑side windows to improve drainage, replacing the front air‑conditioning unit with a specified model, installing a new 15 kW heat pump, and replacing the conduit boot on the roof. The vendor must be located within 60 miles of the agency and be able to commence work promptly after purchase order issuance.
• Rotate two trailer windows to face weep holes downward for proper drainage.
• Replace front A/C unit with RP‑AC3800‑W‑KT and install a RecPro 15 kW heat pump.
