Fire Suppression Testing for Glenarm Power Plant

The City of Pasadena is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct a yearly fire inspection for all generation units at the Glenarm Power Plant. The contract will include services for a term of 3 years. The scope of work includes inspection and testing of all fire suppression systems, fire extinguishers, and equipment, as well as repair and maintenance services. The vendor will be required to provide a detailed report and certification to the Power Plant Manager's office stating that all systems are working in accordance with local, county, and state codes. • The vendor must be registered and insured and duly licensed in the State of California. • The vendor must provide all necessary parts and materials for a properly working code-compliant system. • The vendor must exercise all necessary and reasonable precautions regarding safety of persons and property. • The vendor must upload compliance reporting to BRYCER Compliance Software at their expense. • The vendor must provide a proposed maintenance and compliance schedule once the contract is awarded.
