Description
The State of Louisiana Department of Transportation & Development (DOTD) is soliciting a single unit of a diesel‑engine‑driven 400 A arc welder (product category 23271400) in accordance with Equipment Specification 275‑000E (Rev. 8‑11‑26). Bidders must submit unit‑price quotes via email by the deadline, include brand and model information, and provide any descriptive literature. Delivery must be made to the DOTD address in Baton Rouge within the specified ARO timeframe, and prices must be firm for at least 30 days. The contract may be extended for up to two additional 12‑month periods, not to exceed a total of 36 months.
