Professional Development Services and Materials (Supplemental #2)

The Killeen Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Professional Development Services and Materials on an as-needed basis. The contract will be effective from December 11, 2025, to April 11, 2026, and may be renewed for three additional years. The district is looking for vendors who can provide training and materials for staff members in various areas, including English/Language Arts, Reading, Writing, Mathematics, Science, and more. The contract will be a multiple award contract, allowing the district to request quotes from awarded vendors as needed. • The scope of work includes providing professional development services and materials for KISD staff members. • The contract will be effective from December 11, 2025, to April 11, 2026, with the option to renew for three additional years. • The district is looking for vendors who can provide training and materials in various areas, including English/Language Arts, Reading, Writing, Mathematics, Science, and more. • The contract will be a multiple award contract, allowing the district to request quotes from awarded vendors as needed. • Vendors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. • Vendors must provide a W-9 form and other required documents as part of their proposal.
