Planning and Engineering Design Services – Replacement of Jobs Point Bridge

The County of Atlantic is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide comprehensive planning and engineering design services for the replacement of the Jobs Point Bridge (Federal Project No. BIPS‑26‑0013‑NJ). The effort is limited to planning, concept development, environmental screening, preliminary design, and related deliverables needed to select a preferred alternative and support future construction. The contract is a fixed‑price, not‑to‑exceed $900,000 agreement with a performance period ending August 31 2027.
