The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest from owners and authorized representatives of properties in Jackson, TN, to lease office space. The required space is approximately 5,419 square feet, and the lease term is 180 months with a firm term of 120 months. The proposed site must meet specific requirements, including being located in a modern quality building with a sound and substantial construction, having an efficient layout and office workflow, and providing maximum flexibility for systems furniture placement. The site must also meet government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards.
• The proposed site must not be within 640 feet of any facilities identified as hazardous materials transportation/storage facilities.
• The site must have secured and fenced on-site parking with an automatic vehicular gate.
• The space must be accessible 24/7 and have normal hours of operation from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
• The proposed building and offered space will be evaluated by the agency's security team to confirm acceptability.
• The requirement will house a federal law enforcement office where employees can or have the potential to carry weapons, and weapons will be stored on site.
