SYPNOPSIS/SOLICITATION -C-5 Hydraulic Winches-Remanufacture

The United States Air Force is conducting market research to identify potential sources for the remanufacture of C-5 Hydraulic Winches. The requirement is for 95 remanufactured winches, with a period of performance consisting of a 24-month basic period and three 1-year options. The contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, support equipment, tools, test equipment, and services. The contractor must also conduct first article testing on two hydraulic winches before proceeding with the remanufacture of the remaining 93 assets.
