The City of Columbus, Division of Sewerage and Drainage, is seeking a vendor to provide a Universal Term Contract for the purchase of Liquid Sodium Bisulfite. The contract is estimated to be in effect through March 31, 2029. The successful bidder will be required to provide 38% Liquid Sodium Bisulfite, deliver and unload bulk quantities, and provide specified safety training sessions. Bidders must be authorized dealers or distributors and have experience in providing the chemical. • The contract will be for a term of approximately 4 years. • The estimated annual quantity is 146,500 gallons. • The bidder must provide a detailed product specification, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and references from four separate sales. • The City reserves the right to purchase similar items from other suppliers or the same items in the event of an emergency.
