Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a contractor to provide a mobile compounding pharmacy preparation trailer that meets the standards of the United States Pharmacopoeia (USP) Chapter 797 and Pharmaceutical Compounding-Sterile Preparations and Chapter USP 800. The trailer will be used to prepare pharmaceutical compounded sterile preparations (CSPs) for inpatient pharmacy services. The contractor will be responsible for the initial installation and ongoing support of the trailer, including delivery, installation, testing, certification, training, and maintenance. The contract will have a base period of one year and four one-year option periods.
