Description
The Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC) is seeking a subscription to Handshake Talent Engagement Suite for a two-year term. The suite should provide talent engagement services to support ISAC's college access and outreach initiatives. The contract will commence on May 1, 2026, and end on April 30, 2028. The vendor should provide a detailed description of the services, including any applicable warranties, and ensure compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations.
