Professional A/E Services for Specialized Categories on an As-Needed Basis

The City of Miami Beach is seeking professional architectural and engineering services in various specialized categories on an as-needed basis. The selected firms will provide services in accordance with the terms of the contract, which will be negotiated after the City Commission approves the authorization to negotiate. The contract will be for an initial term of three years, with the option to extend for one two-year renewal term or two one-year renewal terms.
