Request Applications for Reference Medical Laboratory Services

The Los Angeles County Department of Health Services (DHS) is seeking a pool of qualified vendors to enter into a Work Order under the Healthcare Ancillary Services Master Agreement (HASMA) for the provision of as needed Reference Medical Laboratory Services. The vendor will be required to provide medical laboratory services, including blood chemistry and hematology testing, and will need to comply with various regulations, including HIPAA. The vendor will also be required to obtain and maintain certain insurance coverages, including cyber liability insurance. Key responsibilities will include providing medical laboratory services, complying with regulations, and maintaining insurance coverages. • Provide medical laboratory services, including blood chemistry and hematology testing • Comply with HIPAA regulations and other applicable laws and regulations • Obtain and maintain cyber liability insurance and other required insurance coverages • Ensure that all personnel providing services under the Work Order have undergone and passed a current health screening • Ensure that all personnel providing services under the Work Order comply with County Infection Control and Employee Health Guidelines
