Wilson Hall Facade Repairs and Restoration

The Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC is seeking a subcontractor to perform facade repairs and restoration of the Wilson Hall building. The project is divided into three phases, with Phase 1 expected to be completed in 2026 and Phases 2 and 3 to be completed in subsequent years. The subcontractor will be responsible for all work, including transportation, overhead, bonding costs, insurance, safety oversight, quality control oversight, and supervision.
