Description
The Cherokee Nation Entertainment, LLC is seeking a qualified bidder to provide a turnkey process for a data cabling installation at the Gold Strike Casino in Tunica, Mississippi. The project includes procurement, cabling, labeling, and testing/certifying of a 4-pair Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) Copper Cables system. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to complete the project. The bidder must be Panduit Certified and have a current Mississippi gaming license or be able to obtain one. The project includes a one-year warranty period for materials and equipment. Key considerations for the bidder include:
* Providing a job history of previous structured cabling installations
* Including the cost of materials and labor in the bid
* Providing a certificate showing Panduit Certification
* Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
* Maintaining confidentiality and protecting sensitive information
* Providing a Business Continuity Plan and implementing an Information Security Program
* Obtaining and providing insurance and bonding as required
* Complying with all terms and conditions of the contract agreement
Some of the key deliverables for this project include:
* Installing, terminating, testing, and certifying all cabling
* Providing a report on a PDF file showing test/certification on all cables
* Furnishing a copy of any Collective Data to Cherokee Nation Entertainment upon request
* Destroying or erasing all other copies of the Collective Data upon expiration or termination of the agreement
* Maintaining confidentiality and protecting sensitive information
* Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
* Providing a Business Continuity Plan and implementing an Information Security Program
* Obtaining and providing insurance and bonding as required
* Complying with all terms and conditions of the contract agreement
