The Alabama Department of Corrections (ADOC) is seeking a qualified vendor to supply new, unused Avon‑brand gas masks and associated replacement parts to its statewide correctional facilities. The contract will be awarded on an “all‑or‑none” basis to the lowest responsible bidder who provides a percentage discount off MSRP, meets all technical specifications, and can deliver within 60 days of a purchase order. The award will be for a 12‑month base period with up to four optional one‑year extensions, subject to written approval 30 days prior to each period’s expiration. Delivery must occur on business days (no weekends or state holidays) and comply with strict prison security protocols. Invoices must accompany each shipment and payment is made 30 days after ADOC confirms satisfactory receipt. The vendor must be an authorized Avon manufacturer’s representative, accept electronic payment methods at no cost, and be able to respond to any ADOC information request within five days.
