Description
The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) is seeking information from potential vendors on their ability to provide Power Recliner Chairs with Straight Back. The chairs must meet specific requirements, including overall width, upright overall depth, seat width, and seat height. The vendor must also provide a second foldaway side table, heat and massage for power models, cup holder, USB port, and head pillow/lumbar support. The contract price shall be firm-fixed and all-inclusive.
• The Power Recliner Chair with Straight Back is the standard chair used in the Neurology Care Line section at the MEDVAMC.
• The vendor must provide a brand new chair that meets the specified requirements.
• The vendor must also provide installation and setup/configuration of the chair.
• A one-day training session will be provided by the vendor at a future date on-site.
• The vendor must comply with the Buy America Act and provide documentation of compliance.
