Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for the renewal of Magnet - AXIOM software. The software is used by the Sheriff's Department for digital forensics and investigations. The contract will be for a period of one year, from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The bidder must provide a certificate of insurance with $2 million in privacy/network security (cyber) liability coverage. The bidder must also provide a written copy of the additional insured endorsement.
• The software must be compatible with the existing computer system.
• The bidder must provide professional services directly, without the use of third-party professionals.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The bidder must provide a quotation for the software and services.
• The bidder must provide a certificate of insurance with the required liability coverage.
The County reserves the right to cancel the contract if the vendor fails to perform satisfactorily. The County also reserves the right to terminate the contract if the vendor is found to have offered or given improper consideration to any County officer, employee, or agent.
